The Panthers fell to Williams 9-0 before defeating Tufts by the same score later in the day. Middlebury was without its #1 player over the weekend, as well as another starter, but still played well and blanked Tufts. Middlebury, who lost to the Jumbos by a score of 8-1 just two years ago, showed much-improved with the decisive win.
